1. What This Is

SOME1 (“we”, “us”) provides AI worker services powered by the OpenClaw open-source framework. When you use our service, you get a dedicated AI worker that operates through WhatsApp, runs on dedicated infrastructure, and performs tasks on your behalf.

2. Credits and Payment

The service operates on a prepaid credit system. You add credits to your account, and usage is deducted as your worker operates. Credits do not expire.

  • Minimum credit purchase: $25
  • Maximum single purchase: $10,000
  • Credits are non-refundable once used
  • Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase upon request
  • When credits reach $0, your worker pauses (no data is lost)

3. What Your Worker Can and Cannot Do

Your worker can:

  • Communicate via WhatsApp (text, voice notes, files)
  • Make and receive phone calls
  • Browse the web and automate browser tasks
  • Build and deploy web applications
  • Store and recall information from conversations

Your worker cannot and must not be used to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
  • Impersonate real people or organisations
  • Engage in illegal activity of any kind
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse any person
  • Generate content that violates WhatsApp's Business Policy
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures

4. Your Data

Your conversations, credentials, and business data are stored on your worker's dedicated server. We do not access, read, or analyse your data except when required for technical support (with your permission) or to comply with legal obligations. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Availability and Uptime

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Workers run on third-party infrastructure (Hetzner, Twilio, OpenRouter, ElevenLabs) and are subject to their availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party service outages.

6. Liability

Your worker is an AI. It can make mistakes. We are not liable for actions your worker takes, decisions it makes, or content it generates. You are responsible for supervising your worker and for any consequences of its actions on your behalf. Our total liability is limited to the amount of unused credits in your account.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time by letting your credits run out or by asking us to terminate your worker. We may terminate your access if you violate these terms, particularly the acceptable use provisions in section 3. Upon termination, your worker's data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through your worker's WhatsApp channel. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
