Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These terms
These terms govern your use of the SOME1 website (some1.ai). By using the site you agree to them. They do not govern client engagements — paid work is covered by a separate written agreement.
Use of the site
You may browse and share the site freely. Don’t misuse it: no attempts to break, overload, scrape abusively, or interfere with the site or other visitors.
Intellectual property
The SOME1 name, brand, site design and content are ours. Client logos, product names and screenshots shown as work belong to their respective owners and are used to illustrate projects.
Client work & ownership
For engagements: we build software and, on completion and payment, transfer ownership of the code and infrastructure to the client as set out in the engagement agreement. Nothing on this site overrides that agreement.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but make no guarantees that it is error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SOME1 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party sites (e.g. client products, scheduling, LinkedIn). We’re not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
