1. Who We Are

SOME1 is operated by Eduard Caraulani. We provide AI worker services through WhatsApp. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. What We Collect

When you use our service, the following data is processed:

Account Data

• Your WhatsApp phone number
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card details)
• Credit balance and usage history

Conversation Data

• Messages between you and your worker
• Messages between your worker and your customers (if applicable)
• Voice notes and call recordings
• Files, images, and documents shared through WhatsApp

Worker Data

• Credentials you provide for browser automation (stored encrypted on your worker's server)
• Your worker's memory and learned preferences
• Web applications built by your worker

3. Where Your Data Lives

Your worker runs on a dedicated virtual private server (Hetzner, Germany/EU). Your conversation data, credentials, and worker memory are stored on that server — not on a shared database. Messages are routed through Twilio (WhatsApp Business API) and AI inference through OpenRouter. Voice is processed through ElevenLabs.

4. How We Use Your Data

• To operate your AI worker and deliver the service
• To process payments and track credit usage
• To provide technical support when you request it
• To detect and prevent abuse of the platform

We do not sell your data. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to deliver the service (Twilio for messaging, OpenRouter for AI, ElevenLabs for voice, Stripe for payments).

5. Data Retention

• While active: all data retained on your worker's server
• After termination: data retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted
• Payment records: retained as required by financial regulations
• Server backups: 7-day rolling retention, automatically purged

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of all data your worker holds about you
• Request deletion of your data at any time
• Request that your worker stop processing certain data
• Withdraw consent for data processing (this will terminate the service)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Security

Worker servers are hardened with SSH key-only access, firewalled, and automatically updated. Credentials you provide are stored in masked form — your worker uses them but cannot read them back to you or anyone else. All WhatsApp communication is end-to-end encrypted by WhatsApp's protocol.
