Who we are

SOME1 is a software engineering studio. This policy explains what we collect through this website (some1.ai) and how we handle it. Work we do for clients is governed by the separate agreement we sign with that client.

Information we collect

We collect only what you give us — your name, email and anything you write when you book a call or contact us — plus basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate region, device type).

How we use it

To reply to you, schedule and prepare for calls, and understand and improve the site. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Cookies & analytics

We use minimal cookies and lightweight analytics to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

Third-party services

A few trusted providers process data on our behalf: our hosting provider, our scheduling tool (Calendly) when you book a call, and our analytics provider. Each handles data under its own terms and security commitments.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and contact data only as long as needed to work with you or as required by law, then delete it.

Your rights

If you’re in the UK/EU you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its use. Email us and we’ll action it.

Security

We use reputable infrastructure and sensible safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we treat your information with care.

Changes

We may update this policy as the business evolves. The “last updated” date below always reflects the current version.
